through our website and other sales channels. By purchasing artwork from us, you agree
to these terms and conditions.
2. Product Descriptions
All artwork descriptions, including dimensions, materials, and edition numbers, are
provided to the best of our knowledge. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations
may occur due to the handmade nature of some pieces and printing processes.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable
- International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees
- Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase
- We accept payment through our secure payment processor (Stripe)
4. Limited Edition Prints
- Limited edition prints are numbered and signed by the artist
- Edition numbers are clearly stated in the product description
- Once an edition is sold out, no additional prints will be produced
- Open edition prints comes with a certificate of authenticity
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Prints are typically shipped within 2-3 weeks of purchase. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary depending on the print and the time of year.
- Prints are carefully packaged in protective sleeves and shipped in sturdy cardboard tubes/envelopes
- The shop is based in the UK, so all orders are shipped from the UK
- Shipping outside the UK is available on request. International buyers are responsible for any customs and import fees that may apply.
- Delivery times vary by location (typically 3-5 business days for UK, 7-21 days internationally)
6. Returns and Refunds
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for damaged items only
- Returns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Damaged items must be returned in their original packaging
- We do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
7. Copyright and Reproduction Rights

- Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights
- Prints are for personal use and display only
- Commercial use, reproduction, or resale of prints is strictly prohibited
- Any unauthorized reproduction may result in legal action
8. Care and Display
- Prints should be framed under UV-protective glass to prevent fading
- Store prints in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight
- Handle prints with clean hands to avoid damage
- We recommend professional framing for best results
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process personal data in accordance with UK data protection laws.
Your information is used solely for order processing and communication. We do not
share your data with third parties except as necessary for payment processing and shipping.
10. Limitation of Liability
ArtisticTail's liability is limited to the purchase price of the artwork. We are not
liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase
or use of our artwork.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes
will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
